Our company, ‘Verdura GmbH’, is 100 per cent certified organic. We work predominantly with seasonal produce from our Verdura garden and the local region, and consistently avoid the use of artificial additives.

For us, it is essential to know exactly where our ingredients come from, how they are processed and what impact they have on health and the environment.

Whether it’s a corporate event, a family celebration or a special occasion – we’re here to advise you and, on request, can supply individual menu items such as fresh salads, soups or delicious desserts. Our catering buffets and platters are tailor-made and, of course, take vegetarian preferences and special dietary requirements into account.
