The story of Rolling Smoker began with my passion for barbecuing. As a barbecue freak and smoker enthusiast, I turned my passion into a profession. Starting out at a street food festival, I now have several food trailers. Thousands of guests have already been delighted - you can be there too!

We can feed them all, and not just outdoors! Our food truck and trailer are also suitable for enclosed spaces - perfect for trade fairs, workshops and production halls.
