A mobile crêperie bar serving café specialities for your corporate or trade fair event, open day, Christmas party, New Year’s reception, summer party or staff party. We offer a wide selection of freshly prepared crêpe specialities, with both savoury and sweet fillings. Whether classic with cinnamon and sugar, with homemade marzipan or savoury! The classic crêpes, made from spelt flour with milk, quark and yoghurt from our organic farm, served with our own compotes, jams and many other original creations. Pancakes and their alternatives, crêpes, are an integral part of all European cultures. Pancakes – also known as ‘Eierkuchen’ in the Nordic countries – have become a staple of meals, particularly in France, where the very thin crêpes are often served as a dessert. Our menu is constantly being expanded with new, special crêpe creations, most of which are inspired by the seasons – for example, fresh strawberries with white chocolate and vanilla sour cream in summer, or, in winter, pink-roasted duck breast on a bed of balsamic shallots, celery purée and roasted pumpkin.… and much more. Using the finest, freshly ground espresso beans, a professional portafilter espresso machine and a high-quality coffee grinder, we prepare coffee for the discerning connoisseur! We come to your trade fairs and corporate events completely self-sufficient and on a ‘small scale’. The cool design of the legendary vintage corrugated-metal Citroën, brimming with nostalgia, or our Café-Ape tricycle is sure to impress and is an absolute eye-catcher at your event.
