Gallo's Kitchen brings you a piece of Southern Italy on your plate and to your home or wherever you want.

Our different pasta variations are prepared according to the original recipes of our Nonna and with a lot of love.

Whether it's a plate of pasta for lunch, a catering buffet for a garden party or a whole menu for a company event - we will find the right dishes for every occasion and every palate.

At Gallo's Kitchen, quality is our top priority. So all our dishes are always freshly prepared with lots of love.

Due to the compact dimensions of the trailer, our concept is also suitable for those with limited space (we even fit in the front garden).

With our additional mobile kitchen, we can also serve indoor events.

Sustainability concerns us all

The topic of the environment and sustainability concerns us all. We are constantly working on our concept of minimising waste, using resources sparingly and paying attention to the use of sustainable materials and packaging.

All packaging materials we use are 100% compostable and/or recyclable. Our bowls/plates are made of sugar cane or palm leaf, our cutlery is made of coated wood and our napkins are made of bamboo fibres.
