EIS-Zauberei - the surprisingly different ice cream experience!
At Eiszauberei, ice cream is freshly mixed in front of the customer. We combine the basic ice cream varieties of milk, yoghurt and chocolate ice cream as well as the vegan rice drink-based variety with the desired ingredients.
Surprise 1: No ice cream in sight!
We show our various ingredients for your EiZ in our display! From fruit to sweets, nuts, coffee, spices, herbs, oils and unusual flavour ingredients.
The choice is yours: classic, fruity or special! And always full of flavour!
2nd surprise: no toppings!
Our flavour ingredients are all mixed into the EiZ. So the whole EiZ tastes like it. Cookies, for example, belong in the EiZ and not just on top as decoration. Enjoy a complete EiZ!
3rd surprise: weird ingredients!
Strawberries for a delicious strawberry EggZ are ok. But garlic or horseradish? Lavender? Basil and the other oils? Why not try a pizza egg (tomato, basil, garlic)?

Experience has shown that as a single person I can manage an average of 60 to 100 portions per hour. If more throughput is required, there are several alternatives: starting with a second operator or a second EiZ bar.
