Our chef Yves discovered his passion in a down-to-earth kitchen, full of discipline and hard work. Driven by the desire for more, his path led him to Switzerland, where he worked in renowned establishments right up to the Michelin-starred kitchen. Today, this combination characterises him: authentic craftsmanship & sophisticated cuisine.
