In our first food trailer we offer Waffles on a stick with eight inimitable choices, and we were also able to optimise our processes to such an extent that we can now prepare up to 200 waffles per hour at maximum capacity.
For our second food trailer, we have opted for pasta pasta. Here we offer a selection of the following types:
Green Pesto alla Genovese, Arrabbiata, Napoli, Bolgonese and and our highlight, the Taigatelle which is tossed in a wine cream sauce and finished with the 24 month matured parmesan wheel.
