Over the past 24 months, fit & fröhlich has made a name for itself in the field of sustainable nutrition in the Herrenberg/Böblingen/Sindelfingen/Tübingen/Stuttgart region.

We are happy to offer our expertise in plant-based, regional and seasonal cuisine as a caterer for events & functions of all kinds.

Whether private or company celebrations, whether in a small circle or in a really large group. Our team has already successfully realised events with up to 1000 guests.

Of course, we remain true to our philosophy here as well: we work with seasonal & regional foods, focus mainly on plant-based nutrition and place an emphasis on the health benefits of our dishes.

If sustainability is important to you or your company and reducing your ecological footprint is important to you, we are your partner.

We are experts in FutureFoods and plant-based nutrition and always have smart ideas on how to incorporate seasonal and regional products into an overall culinary concept.

We are also available for lectures on ecology, nutrition and the environment.
