over 15 years. We always rely on fresh, seasonal, regional and high-quality products .

Not far from Hamburg, we opened our own à la carte restaurant Goldschätzchen

at

the Peiner Hof in Prisdorf in 2017

.

We like to call our restaurant the heart of our business: here you can feel the love in every detail, taste it in every dish and experience it through our warm service. In addition to the restaurant Goldschätzchen, we operate our event locations Goldscheune at Peiner Hof and the Alte Ziegelei Pavillon near Elmshorn.

For our stringent sustainability concept, we were awarded the title of Caterer of the Year

in

the category "Green Catering" by the trade magazine Cooking + Catering inside in the nationwide competition in 2019. In addition, we have been a member of Green Chefs, an association of particularly fair and responsible restaurateurs, since 2020. In 2022, we won the BrandEx Award in Gold for our environmentally and climate-friendly catering concept ELEMENTUM.
