how long have you been in business? Does the chef have
any formal training such as a culinary arts school and how

worked at that venue before and ask the venue if they

plates, silverware, tables, or chairs the caterer may be
able to help you. If they cannot help you please ask

sure that you get a contract and that the contract has
everything that has been discussed with the caterer
including the menu, amount of guests the menu will take
care of, the type of menu, whether any special meals need to be

yourself and the vendors responsibility for your event.
